As opposed to the ostensible effectiveness of speeches and stories in developing leadership in students, VKSPV conducts Samskar Varga Prashikshan Shibirs ( Value Education Training Programme) annually to give students real life situations to lead a group so that they can fast cultivate in themselves all that leadership demands practically. These Shibirs strive to inculcate good values in students through games, stories, songs etc. giving them also a forum to practise leadership, This time round 88 students and 20 teachers partook in the 5-day long residential Shibir. Charged with the spirit and zeal of our National leaders the participants expressed all their readiness to serve their Motherland. Special Guests: Sri Harendra Nath Bora, Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat district inaugurated the Shibir and Smt. Arati Saikia, Renowned Social Worker, Golaghat blessed the participants in the concluding session.
