76th Independence Day   |   VKV Sissiborgaon

The program started at 7:30 am and 155 participants participated. We conducted a drawing and speech competition among the students after hoisting the National Flag.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Majuli

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Majuli organized the 76th Independence Day program with 260 participants including the parents. The program schedule like Mangalacharan, Flag hoisting, a patriotic song by the teacher, Speech by principal sir, Dance on patriots song (class V), House wise Speech competition, House wise patriotic song competition.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Tumpreng

The program starts at 7:30 am with sradhanjali to the portrait of freedom fighters and hoisting of the tricolor by the Principal followed by the National Anthem. Patriotic songs,  action songs, and dance to patriotic songs are presented by the students. A Shobha Yatra from Vidyalaya to the statue of Martyre Ratul Nuniesa near the model L P School Tumpreng was Taken out where our students, teachers, alumni, and parents took part. Total attendance 250 including 209Students, 21 Staff, and 20  parents/Guardians.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Jengraimukh

The 76th Independence Day was celebrated in Vivekananda Kendra Prathamik Vidyalaya, Jengraimukh on 15th August 2022. The National Flag was hoisted by Anil Borah, the Headmaster of the school at 7:45 AM. Students, parents, and teachers around 100 people attended the program. Sri Naba Kumar Borah (retired Hav. Indian Air Force) and Sri Narayan Doley (retired Indian Army) were the chief guests. They were felicitated on the occasion. Speeches, Patriotic songs were presented. The life stories of the retired Army were a significant moment of the program.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Badarpur

The program was started with flag hoisting at three different campuses at three places at 8:00 a.m. Inter-house dance competitions, patriotic songs, speeches, and road shows of Tiranga Yatra were the main attraction of the program. Around 350 members were present including students, parents, teachers, and well-wishers. 8 teams participated, from four different houses four from the primary section and four from the secondary sections. Judges came from another local cultural organization ' Sanskrutik Mancha' for judgment. Students have participated with full love and enthusiasm. Apart from the students also pin their flags on harghartiranga.com, learned how to fold the flag correctly, took part in other activities outside the school, and also took photos with the national flag after hoisting it in their house. The program ended with Bharat Mata Pujan, singing the song 'Vande Matram' by all present. The program ended at 10:30 AM.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV (NEC) Baragolai

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Baragolai celebrated the 76th Independence Day program with 600 participants. Parents from LKG to Classes-III along with students Other all classes students, NCC Troop RAO and Education Coordinator, VKSPV were present in the program. Bedside this a poster exhibition was organized by the students of secondary students. Our students join in the Margherita Central Field program with a group patriotic song and March pass by NCC Troop.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Khatkhati

On 15 August 2022, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Khatkhati celebrated 75 Years of India's Independence "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav". The Chief Guest of the program was Shri Hareswar Goyari, Sarkari Gaon Bura of Kachari Gaon, Khatkhati, Karbi Anglong. Along with Hon. Chief guest, other guests were Shri Sunil Bey, Secretary, VDP, Sarumanthi, Khatkhati, Shri Ganga Garh, Shri Lonky Engti, and Shri Lokheswer Saikia. The program of "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav started at 8 am with the warm welcome speech by Shri Subash Kr. Verma, Headmaster of the Vidyalaya and National Flag Hoisting and inspirable speech by the Hon. Chief Guest. Total participants in the program were 120 local community, parents as well as students. The great participation of the students as well as teachers by singing Patriotic songs and group dance in Bande Matram became the most remembered moment of the 75 years of India's Independence Celebration. At last by the vote of thanks and Santi mantra at 10:30 am program concluded. 


76th Independence Day   |   VV Jirikindeng

Vivekananda Vidyalaya Jirikindeng celebrated 76th Independence day with the theme " Nation First, Always First". On that day we hosted flag at 7:45 am. The significance of the Independence of 75 years was highlighted along with our nation's achievement in all sectors. Along with us and to witness the program Two SGB named Sri Hemari Terang from Village Lumsajar and Sri Narayan Basnet from Durbintilla village were present as chief guests. We scheduled our program from 7:45 am to 9:45 am. All the villagers along with other schools took a keen interest to see our program till last and they are very curious to ask who taught which was a key moment for us as the theme and dance made everyone proud of our rich culture. We organized March Past, Patriotic songs, and patriotic dances in Karbi, Nepali, Khasia, and Assamese.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Sadiya

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Sadiya celebrated the 76th Independence Day with 378 participants including Parents, Teachers & students. The Flag was hoisted at 7:15 am. Go as you like on Indian Freedom Fighters was kept, Patriotic Song competition, Elocution competition on Unsung heroes was also kept. 


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Suklai

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Suklai celebrated the 76th Independence Day with 75 participants. Dr. S. Saikia,  Lighting of lamp,  Flag hoisting, Speech by Headmaster, Marchpass, Band Display, Patriotic song, Dance, Tri color waterfall, Prize distribution,  Drama,  Poem recitation, Felicitation to the guest and teachers, Science Exhibition, and program end with the Prasad distribution.


76th Independence Day   |  VKV Tinsukia

At morning 7:30 the tricolor flag was hoisted by Principal Lakhinarayan Goswami Ji followed by speech, recitation, and group & solo song by students and teachers. Besides campus two school units in Chabua and Naupukhri also celebrate was done. A total of 110 participants including teachers, students, parents, and well-wishers were there on the Laipuli campus. A team of students as a Band team took part in Tinsukia District Administrative Celebration in ITI FIELD. 


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Nalbari

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Nalbari celebrated the 76th Independence Day on its premises with patriotic fervency. The tricolor was hoisted by Sri Ritwik Chakravarty, the Principal at 7:30 am followed by a speech highlighting the aspects of the momentous occasion. A few other highlights of the celebration: a band presentation, a patriotic song by a group of students, a recitation of a patriotic poem by a student, another speech by a student, a dance by a group of students, and a drama by a group of students. Around 430 people (students, teachers, and parents) attended the celebration. Sweets were distributed at the end of the celebration. The program got over by 9 am. 


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Tingrai

VKV Tingrai celebrates the 76th Independence Day with great enthusiasm. The program starts at 7: 30am and ends at 10:00 AM. Total participants students-220, Parents-70,  Teaching and nonteaching staff- 30, and Total attendance - 320. The program starts with the hoisting of the tricolor followed by a speech by principal Sir, group song, group dance, pyramid formation, legium Display, March pass, Mass PT, etc. The highlight of the program is Suryanamaskar involving 75 Students wearing tricolor uniforms as a part of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Sivasagar

On the occasion of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" on 12th August 2022 VKV Sivasagar organized an extempore speech competition on freedom fighters (Class VI to VIII), Debate Competition (Class IX and X,) and Art & Craft activities in primary sections.
VKV Sivasagar celebrates 76th Independence Day by hoisting the tricolor in the spirit of #HarGharTiranga & #AzadikaAmritMahotsav at both Amolapatty and Mothiachiga Unit. 
And On the occasion of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav", VKV Sivasagar organized a motivational session for the students of classes VIII, IX, and X  in the gracious presence of the motivational speaker, Honourable Mr. Dombidhar Taye. Along with Alumni total of 530 students participated in the celebration.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Tezpur

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tezpur celebrated the 76th Independence Day with around 200 participants. Speeches were delivered by students and teachers. Patriotic songs were sung. 


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Kajalgaon

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Kajalgaon celebrated the 76th Independence Day with the participant of Students - 253, parents - 50, and a Teaching and Non-teaching staff - of 25. The Chief guest of the program was Subedar Birbal karjee. On the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the school invited an Ex Army Service Man to inspire the students on a specific day. He was on operation blue star which was the codename of a military operation carried out by Indian security forces in 1984. He was also requested to distribute certificates to the students from different schools of the Chirang and Bongaigaon districts who participated in the art competition held on 14th August on the occasion of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav. Total participants in art competition - 108, Total schools -13. Students from classes Nursery, IV, and seniors performed 3 different dances. Also, a few girls from class X presented a group song. The boy's team participated in the March Past in the DC field where they bagged the 3rd prize.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Mangaldoi

At 7:30 am Tricolor Flag was hoisted by Dipamoni Dutta, Headmistress VKV Mangaldoi. Almost 190 students and 100parents have participated in the program. Students delivered speeches and performed patriotic songs, group dances, poem recitations rhymes, etc. At last, organized a rally where parents and local people also took part and that was the attraction of the program.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV (NEEPCO) Doyang

Independence day program started at 7:15 a.m. with students, teachers, parents, and well-wishers totaling around 220. An eloquent speech was delivered following the hoisting of the tricolor by the Principal. There was a lead-and-follow patriotic song too in addition to the national song that was sung all together there was also another speech delivered on the significance of the day by a senior teacher, Sri Manik Chandra Deori. After the school program, students and teachers proceeded towards the central program organized by DHPS, NEEPCO.


76th Independence Day   |   VKV (NEEPCO) Umrangso

Flag hoisting: 7:25 am  No. of participants: 500 students and parents. A group of students from the Vidyalaya bagged the First Prize in singing in the 'Vande Mataram'  Group Song Competition among 10 participating schools. The Vidyalaya also participated in the Celebration at NEEPCO Office. A patriotic song ' Sab se uchi vijay pataka' was beautifully sung and March Past performed by the students was highly appreciated. There was a drawing competition among Class KG to Class III students in the afternoon (4 pm to 5 pm).


76th Independence Day   |   VKV Dhemaji

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Dhemaji celebrated the 76th Independence Day with around 60 participants. Lukumoni Borthakur, principal, VKV Dhemaji Flag hoisting, Speech by Principal VKV, Dhemaji, group song by class10 students, Song by Adar Dworah, Violin Presentation by class 9 students, and end of the program with Santipath.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Bokakhat

76th Independence Day celebrated in VKV Bokakhat with Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. Prizes for the last session were distributed along with the program. Flag hoisted by Headmaster at 9:15 AM. Around 370 participants (including students and parents) were present. Smt Nizara Borthakur (noted literature of Bokakhat) was the chief guest. The program started with flag hoisting followed by the national anthem, welcome speech by the Headmaster, guest felicitation, group song by students, guest speech, group dance, and keyboard playing. In between cultural programs prizes were distributed. The program ends with the state anthem playing with the keyboard, served tea and snacks.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Golaghat

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Golaghat celebrated the 76th Independence Day with around 300 participants. The program started with the Flag Hoisting, and then National Anthem, Song, Principal's Speech, and ended with the Sweet distribution.



76th Independence Day  | VKV Silchar

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Silchar organized the 76th Independence Day program. This is two hours thirty mins program, with 950 participants including students, parents, and staff. Flag hoisting followed by band display by students, class wise different competitions and cultural program.



76th Independence Day   |   VKV Borojalenga

Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Borojalenga celebrated the 76th Independence Day with around 80 participants. All parents were invited. Skit on freedom movements, Participation by students as freedom fighters in specific Flag hoisting by HM accompanied by National Anthem and slogan.
