For effective conduct of the PDC's VKSPV conducted a one-day Pre-PDC training programme for the Shibir Sanchalaks (Camp Co-ordinators) where the processes and contents of the Shibir were discussed in detail. The PDC's were conducted simultaneously at 12 VKV's with the help of teachers and well wishers including parents of students.
'Swami Vivekananda : An Inspiring Soul', 'Our ideal Leaders', 'Bharatiya Sanskriti', 'Responsibility towards Our Motherland' were some of the key themes dealt with by means of games, tales, lectures, discussions, dramas etc. in the Shibir.
