VKV Sadiya
was inaugurated on the World Environment Day with Ganapati Puja. A few
distinguished guests present on the occasion were Dr. Lakshmanan S., IAS, SDO
(Civil), Sadiya and Dr. Dhananjay P. Ghanawat, IPS, Additional SP, Chapakhowa,
Sadiya among others. About 300 persons attended the programme. The highlights
of the inaugural function were: Rabha Dance, Rabindra Sangeet, Patriotic Song
and a plantation programme. Sri. Keshab Sing Limboo, son of Late Gopal Singh
Limboo, Ex-President of NEA School Society laid the foundation of one room in
memory of his father.
